What we collect, and why.

This website

This site runs no analytics script and no tracking pixel. Fonts are self-hosted, not loaded from a third-party CDN. If you submit the contact form, we receive whatever you type in it (name, email, and project details) solely to reply to your enquiry.

Project work

For design, motion, branding, and marketing engagements, we collect what a project needs: briefs, brand assets, reference material, and files you share with us. That material is used only for your project and isn't shared with anyone outside the team working on it.

The workspace platform

Signing in to the workspace creates an account and a session, stored on our servers so you can return to your work. Documents and project data you create live in the platform's own storage, tied to your account, not sent to a third party for anything beyond running the feature you asked for (for example, an AI Gateway request you initiate).

Embedded video

The Videos and Our Brands pages embed real YouTube videos. Clicking play loads YouTube's own player, which is subject to Google's privacy policy. Nothing plays, and no YouTube cookie is set, until you click.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. The workspace sets one session cookie, required to keep you signed in, nothing else.
