Studio engagements

Design, motion, branding, and marketing work is scoped per project: what's delivered, the revision rounds included, and the timeline are agreed before work starts. Final files transfer to you once a project is paid in full; work-in-progress files remain ours until then.

The workspace platform

The platform is under active development. NEMI OS is production-grade and used daily; other applications are clearly labelled "Live" or "Coming soon" so you always know what's actually shipped. Software is provided as-is during build-out. Export your work (NEMI OS's Word export exists for exactly this) and keep your own backups of anything critical.

Your work stays yours

Whatever you create in the workspace, or commission from the studio, belongs to you. We don't claim rights over client work or platform content beyond what's needed to operate the service itself.

Governing location

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We're based in Karimnagar, Telangana.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be visible on this page before they apply.
